NEWS: Tier 4 has been announced for the area of Cheshire – Please read below how this will affect
customers visiting the business. It is important for us that customers and staff are kept safe, we
operate a Covid safe environment with key staff understanding the importance of maintaining their
own health whilst working day to day. We will not be staffed fully and social distancing will be at the
forefront of our daily activities. Communal areas are limited to nominated staff – i.e Toilets and
Canteen (posters will display this info on the boundary of the area).

Movement between departments, separate buildings will be limited to where absolutely necessary
and masks should be worn during any interactions – screens are erected at counters and should be
used.

Hand sanitizers will be provided at all Entrances and Exits.

A&E Leisure are committed to keeping its Staff and Customers safe.

Closures: Our physical retail shop will have to close – we will still be trading online and running a
click and collect service (opening hours will be displayed on the front page of the web site)

Workshop and Bodyshop: We operate a varied range of activities including vehicle maintenance.
Looking at the https://www.gov.uk/guidance/tier-4-stay-at-home website that gives the following
advice:

businesses providing repair services may also stay open,
where they primarily offer repair services

petrol stations, automatic (but not manual) car washes,
vehicle repair and MOT services, bicycle shops, and taxi and
vehicle hire businesses

Travelling: taken directly from the Gov website relating to Tier 4 businesses.

buying goods or services from premises that are open in Tier
4 areas, including essential retail, but these should be within
your local area wherever possible

Bookings – if you are booked in with us, we will still be accepting the appointment as planned – we
will be contacting you in Chronological order anyway – we will do this at least the week before your
appointment. Please be patient as we work through this list. I sure a good number of you are well
used to this now as we go in and out of these ‘lockdowns’ and Tiers.

If you have not been contacted the week before an appointment, please contact us on the methods
below.

Contact - Please take a glance at our website or facebook page for the latest information (this will be
updated regularly from the 2 nd Jan). The best form of contact is our online chat, please start with
your name and phone number (its usually instant but if not manned, we get an email through so we
can deal with your enquiry when the correct person is available).

SO now? Well, we will keep as many staff as we can working, whether that be from home or on site
(following all precautions and inline with Government advice) those working will give those not
working (on furlough) the opportunity to get back to work as soon as possible.

We would also like to thank you for your continued understanding and support, its been
overwhelming, not just from customers but from members of our team. We hope to see you all
soon and look forward to the day when we can return to normal trading and life in general!
